Drinking poison
آیات «۱۷» و «۱۸» از کتاب mark, باعث شده بسیاری با نوشیدن سم یا گرفتن مار به دست و ... جان خود را از دست بدهند.
And these signs will accompany those who believe In my name, they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues (17) they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
وَهذِهِ الآيَاتُ تَتْبَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ: يُخْرِجُونَ الشَّيَاطِينَ بِاسْمِي، وَيَتَكَلَّمُونَ بِأَلْسِنَةٍ جَدِيدَةٍ (17) يَحْمِلُونَ حَيَّاتٍ، وَإِنْ شَرِبُوا شَيْئًا مُمِيتًا لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ، وَيَضَعُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَرْضَى فَيَبْرَأُونَ (18)
Picking up snakes
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; (17) they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be made well.” (18)
